What We Do
Our highly trained and equipped SPECIALIST UNIT are paramedics recruited for the charity mainly from the UK's Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) and the Hazardous Area Response Team (HART). They mainly train less developed health services overseas but can also be deployed overseas as an Emergency Medical Service (EMS) at the request of a host Ministry of Health. They train others in saving lives from challenging and hazardous environments such as from fast water, heights, confined spaces, collapsed buildings, hazardous chemical material spills (HAZMAT), and deliberate chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or explosive attacks (CBRNe).

Our versatile and skilled PATIENT TRANSFER UNIT comprise transfer practitioners, paramedics, transfer doctors, transfer practitioners, ICU nurses and emergency care assistants all on standby ready to be deployed overseas at short notice to embed with other EMT's at humanitarian disasters overseas.
